Appt Booking 101.
1. Select all desired services. NO Service Changes or Add On's will be accepted during your appointment.
2.Select your Desired Date and Time. What’s available to you is based on your service selections. All services are timed.
4. Please enter your correct contact information [ Client Name + Client Contact Number + Client Contact Email] to receive all important appointment alerts and more.
5. A nonrefundable $35 deposit is required, paid by a valid debit or credit card, to schedule confirm your appointment. This payment goes towards your service total.
*You're welcome to come to the studio during business hours if you'd like to pay your Deposit With Cash + Book Your Appointment.
6. You'll recieve a confirmation email. Please use this time to ensure all information is accurate [Selected Services + Your Contact Number].
7. An automated reminder will be sent, to your Email + By Text, 48 hours prior to your appointment. At this time, if you desire to make changes to your Selected Services you must contact us by text, (318) 572 - 9597, to request them.
8. Rescheduling & Cancelling MUST be done by THE CLIENT and is accessed through your Confirmation Email + Reminder Email. Your deposit is forfeited when you cancel your appointment.
9. Appointments are cancelled when you arrive Past Your 5 Minute Grace Period, Cancel Your Appointment, & Attempt To Reschedule Less Than 12 Hours Prior To Your Appointment.
10. No Call No Show will be Charged Balance & Banned From Booking
* When you cancel your appointment, your payment does NOT automatically refund to you. It has to be manually refunded. Deposits are nonrefundable & nontransferable.
